We need a broader spectrum of success stories - from leaders who didn’t just climb to the top but brought others along with them. Stories of those who enabled dreams, fostered creativity, and made success a collective achievement. These are the stories worth celebrating more than ever.

No one is saying he shouldn’t get to pursue his path. But it becomes troubling when efforts are made to define who gets access to opportunities and who doesn’t.
