there is no other explanation here besides Americans are fundamentally misogynistic. She doing nothing but stating what is apparently the truth, with no flourish or drama. His response will be lies or nonsensical blather founded in ignorance. Yet we elected him. It's crazy.

omgoooooood. Lumpy Space Princess is returning from Lumpy Space. I wonder if she will return to the job of feigning abhorrence and disdain for antisemitism while representing a party that is deeply and perniciously antisemitic.

I believe this is real. Permafrost can't be effectively paved. They drive on it when frozen on the top, and then when dry at the top (though frozen underneath). Driving on it when wet ruins the roads.

Okay, but that's engaging in suppression. I have a radical idea, how about talking to them. I agree that some will never come around, but most will, and we only need most to find a resolution. Only a person made crazy "promotes Hamas". Bring them to their senses.

Because speaking out in academia is more important than the message. That's foundational. Suppressing the message stinks of corruption. If there is a conversation, then let's have it. Republicans and the Isreali right are trying to avoid a conversation about Palestine.
