Are they though? Like is that a personal experience you witnessed? 🙂

I dunno, for me that's the wrong question. Much more interesting is: is it useful? And to that I can say: yes! Extremely.

Na, Mal sehen was an Taten kommt

Frisch rasiert und frisiert! Heute bin ich dran.

Why? Is it not good for that?

He also enjoys praying to it sometimes

Is it technical or political if the syntax just makes it so darn unattractive, annoying and hard to read?

(genau so bekommen Oo)

OMG it's even worse than the headline implies

I was reading the headline three times. How does this make any sense 😂 off to actually read the article now though.

Schau dir Mal RCS an.

comment in response to post

that would be kinda hilarious actually

Look, if ctrl+f works well for you and you have no need to checkout new helpful tools, then great for you :) For me it provides multiple times daily benefits, quality of life improvements, be it professional or personal. You seem to prefer doing senseless bashing on a tool you don't understand.🤷‍♂️

Well, so far I am getting lots of good things, so kudos. I am not saying turn off your brain, but I am pretty sure any of the popular LLMs will find more things in your work contract than you would (if you aren't an expert or professional in that area of course). Not sure why ya'll hatin' so hard.

Ah, you are just a troll and starting to insult others, got it. To bad I wasted some good assumptions on you, but that's life.

If you believe that is all it can do, then you haven't used it properly. There are very few aspects in life where it's not helpful.
comment in response to post
* mental health help, personal therapy, navigating complex sozial situations * Language learning, getting personalized lessons * Tons of help when coding and creating tests, database schemas * Summarizing long texts with focus on what you care about .. I could go on but you get the idea..
comment in response to post
Wait, you really don't know? There are almost no aspects where it isn't helpful.. a few personal examples: * Becoming very quickly familiar with new topics, tailored to your specific case and knowledge * Legal advice, contract checking and help crafting legal documents.

Like, how does that fit with the exploration, experimentation and furthering of knowledge idea that one generally associates with researchers? Would you keep using the typewriter when the keyboard was invented? Put tippex-white on your typos on the paper?
comment in response to post
That seems a weird take, especially for a researcher. So you refuse to evaluate new tools that could potentially help _specifically_ your field that seems to work a lot with text data? 1/2

I mean.. no? If that were true, AI (or more specifically, our LLMs based on transformers) would be pretty useless. Alas, millions of people get incredible benefits. Can't all be hallucinations.
comment in response to post
And it is. Just because it's not perfect and you found a sample of that, doesn't mean it's worse. I tried it shortly and was pretty impressed compared to what I saw from gemini and chatgpt, but it still is only an transformer model.
