Au contraire. Watched the Chiefs stop him. Watched the Bengals stop him. Watched the Chiefs stop him again at home. Have you ever watched him?

She’s not wrong. It’s a terrible gesture. Try addressing the issue and not an ad hominem attack.

Anyway, we’re done. You’ve just embarrassed yourself by advocating legalized murder and acting racist AF and name calling ing. Have a nice life

Not legally it isn’t. Your premise seems to be that you get to kill anyone you like so long as it’s on tribal land. First, that’s disgusting. Second, it’s legally incorrect. Third, what way to make the Rez utter crap. And you can just stop using derogatory racial terms for me. This isn’t Twitter.

You’re really bloodthirsty. Get counseling please.

Well, they weren’t in a house. They were on open land. And in most states that aren’t Texas, you go to jail even if it was in a house. You really have no understanding of how law work at all, do you?

That doesn’t legalize murder. Sorry. You have a lot of issues. I hope you can work through them somehow.

Sigh. Do you really think that justifies murdering them? The legal remedy is to expel them from the land and invalidate the arrest, not shoot them in the head. Wtf is wrong with you? You’re basically arguing for legalized murder on tribal land. Good lord.

Not the issue. You don’t get to murder people after they’re disarmed. Which is what he did. Shame on you.

If going to jail for murder is getting fucked, sure. You seem to think he should be able to murder people with impunity. That’s grotesque. Seriously. Be better.

That might be a good legal argument if you are trying to evict them from tribal lands. I actually don’t know if that’s true or not. But you certainly can’t murder them execution style. That’s a crime anywhere. Tribal sovereignty doesn’t let you go around murdering people. Please be better.

And yet he’s in jail. I’d say it means a lot.

Not true. There are very defined legal limits to reservation sovereignty. The Rez cannot legalize things like murder on its land. And in fact the Rez never did. None ever would. You’re just legally incorrect. I’m sorry. If your argument is that it’s ok to murder people on Rez land, it’s a bad one

Um. Hey. Buddy. I actually read through his trial record. And I’ve been an attorney for thirty years. I actually know quite a bit about it. So get a grip and please do better than that. I’m sorry to burst your bubble.

I’m sorry. You must think you’re on Twitter. We don’t speak like that here. I’m sorry you disagree.

I’m sorry, but he’s quite guilty. Part of my job while clerking for the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals long ago involved reviewing his trial record. I’ve also met him in Leavenworth. He’s quite guilty. The evidence is beyond a reasonable doubt. He was directly involved in executing two men.
