And, yes, on iPadOS, you can customize the tab bar and sidebar!

Would love to see more improvements to DocumentGroup. While we got the launch scene last year, it’s still very tricky to do your own UI on iOS because DocumentGroup provides a non-negotiable navigation view for you.

(I should mention that I'm still a little new to Sketch, so I might be missing something)

Thanks for the Sketch files! Quick question, I detached one of the template windows on macOS and replaced the background, but I noticed the glass seems pretty low in terms of contrast. Is there something else in the kit (or Sketch) I need to bump this up, or is this a "bug"?

Update: They're live! (At least for macOS and iOS/iPadOS)

Really! Was super surprised by the new features. Sure, it's not macOS on an iPad, but I really like the approach they took here, because it definitely seems more thought out than just blowing up touch targets in macOS.

I don't think there's anything missing from WCAG, but its main focus is making the web accessible. If you look at Apple's HIG, for example, it covers more than just accessibility guidelines.

But where’s Little Alex Horne?

Exactly, like a two-tiered cake. 😋 (Though I think WCAG would be just a part of the overarching HIG)

That new chip text field will be essential for a new feature I’m working on: pin tagging! You’ll get the ability to tag pins and search/filter via tag when searching your Library.

Ouch. Is CodeDump a document-based app?

Of course! Maybe one day I can figure something out to get it released to the EU that respects those regulations whilst preserving my privacy. I understand why those regulations are in place, it's just that Apple's implementation is a little confusing 😅

I hear everyone's really buying into the NagivatorStacks.

So, TL;DR is that, to protect my privacy and respect EU regulations, I opted to not "sell" the app in the EU on Apple's App Store for the time being. But there are ways you can still get it!

With that said, it's not all bad news. I should've mentioned that you CAN get the app for macOS on Itch at marquiskurt.itch.io/alidade, as I don't have that restriction. Likewise, I provide docs for building from source at docs.alidade.dev/documentatio....

Likewise, I'd rather not get caught up in trying to rent a virtual address or phone number, as it seems rather unnecessarily complicated for a free and open-source app.

Good question! In order to comply with the DSA, I would need to expose my home address and phone number on the App Store. I'd love to make it available in the EU (I have family there that would love to use it), but I don't want to risk my own privacy in the process.

The Playdate Achievement Framework is an open standard anyone can build on.
Huge thanks to Gurtt for creating Trophy Case, the first achievement viewer app — a key piece of the ecosystem, and an amazing start!
