Racism on full display here. This is outrageous.

The coward didn’t have the guts to answer the question. Despicable show of cowardice.

We are lucky in Portland to have Powell’s Bookstore. Huge inventory, used and new available on all the shelves.

I know that both of these guys are up to their necks in corruption. But that interaction on Fox had the vibes of the white master celebrating his power over the black man and putting him in his place. Painful to watch.

You guys are keeping me sane and well informed during these trying times. Thank you and congratulations!

They’re not even trying to hide their intentions anymore.

People criticize Biden because he wasn’t out there in your face all the time. No, he was quietly working behind the scenes to pass legislation. God how I miss those days.

The Republican senators can no longer use fear of Trump as an excuse to go along with these dangerous picks. They are complicit in the take down of our democracy and making our world less safe for every human being on the planet. I’m disgusted with the lot of them.

I’m tired of hearing that Republican senators are afraid to go against the president’s wishes out of fear for their safety or of being primaried. They are complicit in this plan to destroy the administrative state.

Call your representatives regarding this! It is cruel, stupid and by the way, illegal. Musk has no right to do this. It is heartbreaking. And from a purely practical perspective, dangerous for global health and security.

When I think of what we could have had, I literally weep.

There have been rumors that the Administration is ignoring the court orders. If this is truly happening, we are in a Constitutional crisis- one that will be hard to come away from with our democracy intact.

It’s even hard to get through to get through to my senator’s local offices. Their lines are constantly busy.

I’ve been thinking the same thing. They are taking control of our money. Why give them more?

I did and the words gave me a moment of hope. Thank you for posting!

I’ve been thinking that as well. Now that he’s in, he is making it clear that he doesn’t give a rat’s ass about the price of eggs or his supporters. He doesn’t intend to leave.

This is absolutely terrifying. What right does this man have to pull the levers of our government. He is not an elected official. He’s not even in the damn cabinet.

What the hell do we do? This is absolutely terrifying. Is Congress just going to sit back and allow the destruction of our government agencies?

Inane and frankly racist behavior in the light of a horrible tragedy. They should be ashamed of themselves.

In addition to calling my own democratic senators to vote no on the confirmation of RFK Jr., I am also calling Republican senators and asking them not to vote for this pro choice Democrat. Worth a try.

I cried like that right after the election. Literally bawled loudly for two hours straight. Because I knew what we would be in for. And if anything, it’s worse. I fear especially for my grown children and my young grandchildren.

I don’t care if it was his drug addiction or not, anyone who could be that cruel to toss live animals into a blender is one sick individual. He should be a patient of the health care system, not the head of it.

I can’t wait to find out where you land. Your voice is sorely needed now more than ever. What a loss for CNN. MSNBC has some weekday morning hosts I sure wouldn’t mind seeing you replace.

Yeah, hauling your large arse around in a golf cart on the 7th day is tough work.

God you are so right. Where are the warriors in my political party? Quit whining about where Democrats went wrong in 2024. It’s over! We need you to stand in the way of this horror show. Thank you for expressing your righteous outrage that we all feel.

And the American people suffer as a result.

The senate knew they could allow three votes against Hegseth. Token votes. They had every intention of confirming this deeply flawed and inexperienced man.

I went to renew mine. The line had been so long that they closed up shop early. They said to come back at 7am the next day. That’s when the line starts to form before they open at 8. I ended up mailing it in, worrying whether there will even be a passport dept to process it.

If they haul you in for their stupid congressional hearings to rewrite the history of this heinous day, bring it on Adam!

I wish there were more Chris Murphys in the senate.

Best $10 a month I’ve ever spent. Keep up the fantastic work.

Trump’s order comes while the bird flu virus is mutating rapidly. He has no love of our country. In light of all of his actions on day 1, it appears he is out to destroy it.

All the while knowing that his support of Hegseth endangers not just our military but the entire country. It’s a shameful dereliction of his duty to uphold his constitutional obligations.

We have lost an American hero. May she rest in peace.

Why isn’t this a bigger story.

This law was passed by Congress and upheld by the Supreme Court. How can an executive action supersede this law? On top of that, he’s not president yet! Four years of this. 😞
