Kids - I was not playing around tonight. Pepperoncini Caesar salad, homemade croutons (from my biweekly sourdough), and crispy chicken I marinated in pickle juice and some pepperoncini dressing (the breading is just some flour/cornstarch - it keeps it light and crispy). Honey mustard to the side.
