I can’t lie, I turned 30 and this has been one of the worst years of my life. Through almost no fault of my own. Things are just crumbling around me. I’m hoping 31 will be better 🤞🏻

It’s been a really bad week. Spouse broke their arm and then got kidney stones, so all my free time has been taking them to appointments. On top of the regularly scheduled seasonal depression. Just gotta remember everything will heal and will get better
