THERE IS A LOT OF FEARMONGERING AND MISINFORMATION ABOUT THIS DomoAI is an APP. NOT A BOT. It "comes back" because it functions on the user's end. This is why it asks for perms to your account whereas command bots do not. External apps off means it DMs the person who used it.

the library is fun and games until you borrow a book and then they demolish the library and build a cinema then the council demand you return the book to the library despite it, y'know, not being there anymore and you rack up like 10 grand in late fees that you literally cant do anything about

@gleam.run is actually such a fun language. Scratches just the right itch as someone who's super into Rust, grew up learning Ruby, and went on to have a morbid fascination with functional programming. Very excited to see how the ecosystem progresses!

If anything is obvious, it's that Matrix is a terrible platform. Not because of the protocol, but because of the people on it. Conduwuit was the homeserver software of choice, and the developer has been ostracized and harassed by the same loud minority that made me leave in the first place
