Has the federal budget being discussed taken into account all of the “savings” from the layoffs and cuts to so many departments? And the subsequent decrease in federal taxes citizens should be expected to pay given the decrease in scope of the federal government needs to be included in the budget.

If they want to decrease the size of the federal government than logically, we can expect to see a decrease in our Federal taxes. This has to be pressed. Each time there are layoffs we must demand to know how and when the American people will see a proportional decrease in Federal taxes paid.
