The math on this is all wrong. Is that the point? $20 per day x 30 days (in an average month) equals $600 per month X 12 months in a year equals $7,200 per year. It would take you a long time to save $1.5 million.

That’s enough to inspire a little kid to want to be a good person. I will ride high on this good feeling for at least a week. I am carrying some hot wheels cars with me to give to them, I can’t wait to see them again!

The kindness I show them is simple: when they arrive at my bus, I let them wait on board until it’s time to leave, usually 5-8 minutes. They transfer from the 1 California, and I look for them. Sometimes they are on the later bus, and if I see it coming I’ll wait for them a minute or two.

Obviously, my heart melted. A child took the time to make this for me, to help me feel appreciated l. More than that, he is saying “I see your kindness, and it inspires me to be kind too.” Little kids are so astonishing in how they exhibit maturity and this is an incredible example of that.
