I can go through pretty much the entire south and tell you that they're broke and rely on a lot of welfare from the government. Cancelling contracts early usually means you still have to pay the contractor for early termination. Not to mention the old adage, "no amount of budgeting will save you from poverty." Tax billionaires to balance the budget. They probably stole all the money that our government owes anyway.

Professors please pull up a chair. I’ve been talking to my classes about what has been going on. I explained indirect costs to them. I talked to them about what a probationary employee is in the government. At the end of class they asked if we could talk about it more. (1/)
