The reason I'm not a video game critic or reviewer or whatever, especially with older titles, is that I approach a lot of games from the context of when they were released, the tech available, what QoL innovations may not have existed, etc. I'm so history nerd poisoned that this matters to me a lot.

Coming back to this statement, I personally think more pressure needs to be put on Supergiant Games to at the very least talk to a SAG-AFTRA representative. They have been actively ignoring requests from their union talent and from the union itself. Regardless of their reasons, that's disheartening
