You mean Putin? He just invests in American and British politicians I guess :)

Isn't that quite a problem though? Nothing says "Show us your short-medium range tactical nukes like sending missiles to Moscow."

I'd like to know too. I haven't found a post yet that explains who they are and what they do - I'm pretty new. It's seems like a couple of popular posters have been illegitimately banned and it is suspected that it is the result of bad actors.

Help me understand? How will the Trump administration expect the military to support them against citizens if they mess with the Veterans?
Isn't that going to trickle down into the military's collective consciousness?

That's a bit reductionist.
Some people do. Some people don't.
Obscene wealth in the face of abject poverty is pretty sickening though.

If only we could get the government to engage with evidence based law, rather than legislating based on vote winning tactics in the same way that scientists self-police their activity.
Thanks for sharing this... 🫤

What a lying turd of a man. He and the Tories pretending Musk is right about the UK ought to be banned from returning to the country like the would be terrorists they are. They'd have the country burn under martial law with private health care and death sentences reintroduced.

Reform are, indeed, a bunch of total fkups.

If turds were orange, they'd look just like Trump.
Such a shame that there are as many people below average intelligence as above it. It takes someone pretty stupid to believe him though. He speaks such unbelievable nonsense.

The US and UK media are both so powerful and so bought, truth is a rare commodity. The preferred money maker is made king at their whim.
Trumps government makes the regimes of the cold war era look stable, honest and straightforward.

Yeah. Good to finally find out what they HAVE done though.
I didn't vote for them as I'd enough of New Labour last time. I just wish people wouldn't call them Labour, which implies socialism. New Labour only requires agreements with multinationals and putting business before people.

Are you truly sure Trump has a clue what he is saying or doing? @stephenking.bsky.social
Because he seems to me like he's taken a load of datura and is now making his reality up entirely.

Personally I always like to trust my country to convicted r*pists and meglomaniacs. They definitely have the middle classes in mind when they act.
They're not starting an oligarchy at all, no sir.

It's full. Unless they want to do a version where he has his 'bone spurs' fully on show.

So are all the heads of church in America coming out in the media against the conservative rewrite of the bible or staying complicity silent?

Did Elon not figure out for himself that he could go? It's not like he'd even notice the fuel bill going out...

Yes, while proclaiming themselves to be the party of free speech.

So why haven't they been sacked? Because their productivity is higher than when they were working in the office so their boss could lord his privilege over them.
comment in response to

Yep. I'd like them to start raising the profile of their ideas next, so they are less exposed to being ravaged by the rabid right.

Maybe Musk doesn't know how duplicitous he is. It must be hard to have such double standards when it comes to freedom of speech.
I dislike that Kier Starmer is calling his party Labour as without Socialism - to me - it can't be a true Labour party, it's New Labour. Musk takes the biscuit though.

I mean if it was a charge for cannabis or something entirely benign or unjust, nobody would care... this is a person of extremely poor moral turpetude though.

As an outsider, I have to ask... Would most Americans really rather be ruined financially if they got very ill, than have a much cheaper universal care system that everyone benefits from, even if they don't pay into it? That's how it looks, but Americans I have met outside of the UK have been nice.

It was always beneath the surface before though, wasn't it? Like dynastic weal[th controlling things from afar. Looks like they're not even pretending there's a democracy now though.

I need to wear my glasses . I had originally written ..from the UK... but realised that was tarring the Welsh and Scottish with the same brush :)
So .. from the England it is :)

The fact you let people from the England (like me) into Ireland *at all*, vouches for that.

Sadly New Labour is Tory Lite and they have the same bosses Carol. I desperately hope that they do recover some, but I am expecting a big fat zero in return for the money this investigation will cost.
