Did you write this? Asking before I share.

I thought he had the Flavor Flav clock thing going on there at first!

I have a rule that unless it’s family time, I can only watch non-sports television when I’m on the trainer. It not only motivates me to ride, but it also keeps me from wasting hours on tv every evening.

One of those lines I scream in my head every time I hear it. “I am the Nina, the Pinta, the Santa Maria!”

I fear that the rest of the message gets lost because these things aren’t possible for most of us, and there’s tons of great additional advice that comes later (regular patterns, darkness, cold room, etc.). 3/3

When your advice starts with “sleep until after sunrise and then go outside into the sun for 30 minutes” 2/x

I know this is optimal, and you’re a researcher, so it makes sense to publish the “perfect scenario”, but in reality, how many people have jobs that allow them to sleep until after sunrise? I don’t know anyone who does. 1/x

Will these streamers like Peacock and Max have them available to watch as replays? Or only live?

Just so you know there are lots of us here who think it’s total BS. I don’t blame you for making that decision. We would do the same were we on your position. 🤝

Less laundry, less maintenance, fewer excuses, more control over your plan, safer, etc. It’s always awesome to be outside, but if you really want to aim for consistency, a trainer is an amazing tool.

Do Angel Dust next. It’s a better album as a whole. 💪

I would agree, but I don’t feel like it has to be aluminum. Any frame material is great these days.

I hope you’re right, but I’ve lost all faith in the average human right now

Sodium citrate is a great way to help with absorption, and it’s super cheap. A lot of cyclists use it in their homemade fuel drinks (along with various sugars). It’s also really cheap. I think the last time I bought it, it was $20 for 2 lbs.

To be fair, I would say people chose entertainment over education, and that is not a new phenomenon. It sucks, but it didn’t start with the internet.

I can’t imagine having a job that allows you to sleep until after sunrise! Would be amazing.

There would be nothing wrong with merit based systems if everyone took all candidates into consideration. Unfortunately, a lot of our peers need a nudge to ensure that they truly choose based on merit and not their personal (and possibly unconscious) biases

Sleep. 💯

I think it’s the opposite. I think MAGA will spin it and say this kind of thing is exactly why they had to fire them.

That’s exactly how they planned it

No way McConnell would have voted that way if they didn’t know Vance would be the tie breaker. It’s just performative.

Yeah, but he’ll just give them money without using FEMA. The real plan is to not give money to California, but keep giving money to Red states.

No wonder they can’t afford eggs or gas

And yet again, many on the left didn’t vote, voted for someone other than Kamala, or in some cases voted for Trump to make some ridiculous point about how if they can’t have everything, they’ll settle for nothing.

They shut it down so they could say how amazing Trump was and bring it back. Just another grift. (Note: he tried to take it down before he flipped and held it up when he realized it was a way to make young people like him)

All of ESPN’s programming has just become thinly veiled gambling advertisements too.

It’s amazing to me that 50% of our country is so gaslighted that they buy into this
