Also, beware of the fearmongering about FISA. FISA is the only nat sec authority (that I’m aware of) in which ALL THREE branches play a major role. Get rid of it and guess what? POTUS just uses Art. II authority to conduct secret electronic surveillance on “threats” with no rules or oversight
