I'm not familiar with it in detail but East Columbia by the hospital recently had seperated bike lanes put in. Columbia downtown has "bidirectional separated mobility lanes" in the plans (idk when), and there's the Greenway in between, but I'm not not sure how nicely they connect (esp at McBride)

One of several important points related to congestion pricing—policy shapes how people get around. It sounds obvious but many people think our car-dependent universe happened organically, driven by "demand." But the reality is that different policies can change how people make choices.
