We are 13 months into a software build and install. There is a fancy spreadsheet the analysts check to see if they can move content to prod or if they have to attend the weekly meeting that checks for downstream effects. My heart just skipped like 3 beats.

Yup. Email server brought in so the messages appear to actually come from OPM. And now they are sleeping in offices (maybe Treasury, not OPM?) and the going theory is because normal people go home so they can search things illegally and generally conduct more shenanigans unchecked overnight. 🤮
