They've repeatedly denied that it can be their kid. One time they said it couldn't be him because he has "weak arms." Now, they've dug in their heels even harder. All the kids in the class report the same story, yet nothing is done.

The school (PS 133 in BK) responded by saying that none of this falls into the Dept of Ed's Disciplinary Code so nothing will happen to this kid. It is unbelievable what the city is promoting as a "safe and inclusive learning environment"
