Not 100% yet, but the ice, ibuprofen and elevation are doing the trick. I dug out the cane that I used after my back surgery and that helps keep some of the weight off of it.
I also have 4 pints of Ben and Jerry's to help with the pain :)

Actually I didn’t even have to try! One of my team who has a long drive asked me to switch days. She stayed overnight at the hospital and took my day today and I’ll work her’s tomorrow. I lucked out again!
