Just a guy in midlife who stumbled his way through a phenomenal design career. Now I’m letting go of every last shred of who I was pretending to be.

I've literally never wanted to call someone an idiot so badly, but I'll restrain myself. And instead just say take a few deep breaths and try to be a nicer human because that's the only way out of this.

That is encouraging to hear. I know trans people are one of the last groups needing another kick while they’re down so I hope you’re right that more are finding the strength to stand up in the self-worth they deserve to have and saying 🖕to 47

Don’t break my heart man. In my mind I just made friends with a standup comic.

Ok now I understand. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But looks like he did really know what he was doing. It’s disappointing and at the same time I hope it’s a warning to others who might side with Trump. I’m curious how he has so much power over all the republicans.

Please add a comment of what you could get inspired to do differently if you really committed to the idea of a change in your own life? Me personally… I’m going to stop waiting for some imaginary moment in the future where things feel more perfect and just focus on living my life right now…

This is the moment we begin to rebuild what’s been lost in our world. If you’re one of the few who successfully read all the way through to the end, would you please help me get more people to read this by sharing it in your feed because I think there’s an important message in here, and…

And it never could have happened if Jerry wasn’t willing to commune with the stars. What would happen if more of us connected more deeply with our divine nature? I think we’d see much less evil in the world. Today felt like the opposite of a Grateful Dead concert. And I’d like to imagine…

It healed me. Or rather the memory of it is healing to me. Because not much else felt the way a Grateful Dead show did in my life at that time. This is why people go to a dead show one person and come back another. They were the most transformative band in history.

Maybe that’s because in many ways he still is. Dead & Co… I’ve always said when I finally finish my album and go on tour my goal will always be to embody the ethos of a dead show at every one of my concerts. Sam Boyd Silverbowl in 1992 was the first time I ever learned what a family feels like…

Man, can I interview you some time?

I think he’s probably just traumatized.

I think he knew what he was doing at a certain point because he's achieved much of what he sought to achieve, but now his unravelling is playing out before the world.

Like a fucking Dementor in Harry Potter. My personal belief is that we need to stop pointing fingers (ie: the thing Trump is doing), and instead come from a foundation of understanding, compassion, bravery. As your mother said, “What would you like them to say to you if you were in their shoes?”
