well done, @chriswarcraft.bsky.social

So far, it appears all of us would have immediately boarded the cattle cars headed for Auschwitz…and not said a fucking word. abcnews.go.com/Politics/heg...

What the actual fuck?! America, it’s time to rise. When tyranny becomes law, rebellion becomes duty!

PETE: “What we have to do now is make clear we do want government to work differently and better than it has, but burning it to the ground won’t do that for anyone.”

How hard is it to make guillotines? Asking for a friend.

Put aside the nastiness of this post, & the way in he attacks Zelenskyy as a dictator but says not a word about his pal Putin, & just focus on the way it is written: would you hire this weird person to work for you? Would you trust this odd person to teach your kid in school?

The Moscow Institute of Computer Science has "caught fire", I felt a great disturbance in the algorithm, as if millions of bots suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced.

The important thing right now is not to lose hope and become immobilized. With flooding the zone, that is precisely what they are hoping to do, to make you feel as if you have no voice. It is imperative that every single one of us stay informed and involved. 1/2

I was interviewed at CES this morning. We mentioned that consumers will decide whether they want to be on a platform that is “unfiltered free speech “ or “ moderated”. I mentioned that I loved @bsky.app , and spontaneously people started clapping 🔥.

The ultimate question. On Jan 21, 2025, who gets to run the @POTUS account here and on twitter: Trump or Musk ?

Meanwhile, over on X 🤣

Are we alone in the universe?

How do we fund health care in America? Health care represents about $4.5 trillion worth of spending in America, just under 18% of U.S. GDP. A little over $3 trillion of that does not come from patients, the people that use and benefit from the system, at least not directly...

“According to the digital market intelligence company Similarweb, the number of daily active US users on X has dropped by 8.4% since early October, from 32.3 million to 29.6 million. The number of Bluesky users has risen by 1,064%”

This might be the best thing I've seen all day. An anthem to our healthcare system. #UHC @eve6.bsky.social you should cover this one . . . www.youtube.com/watch?v=J_sw...

Have a good Wednesday

There seem to be a lot of bots firing up on @bsky.app - a human verification system would be a wonderful feature . . . just saying.

May your day be peaceful and full of beauty. Good morning Blue Sky

QUESTION: How many Americans per year are ushered to an early grave by health insurance companies?

If you want to understand why healthcare pricing is horrific, the first thing to know is that our system puts 100% of the credit risk for deductibles, copays and co-insurance on hospitals and doctors. That's insane. We have turned them into Sub Prime Lenders 🧵

The scariest sentence in the English language is: ‘I’m a billionaire, and I’m here to help.’ hartmannreport.com/p/when-profi...

It's taken a couple of months, but I think I've almost got over the automatic fight, fight, fight mode that I had on Twitter. It's a healthier space to occupy.

i appreciate how there had to be a first instance where one guy was playing guitar and another guy thought “this would be like a really good time to yell a poem”

Very curious to see the jury's verdict when the UnitedHealthCare murder suspect is eventually prosecuted.

I KNEW we weren’t getting out of this without a manifesto.

Overturning Citizens United is the peaceful path to restoring balance without CEOs and billionaires having targets on their backs over the next decade. There are solutions out there that don't require a 1780s French Revolution in America.

It shouldn’t take the murder of a high profile CEO for the billionaire class to figure out that basic social safety nets (like healthcare) are a small price to pay for social stability.

what

I think my longest held, most controversial opinion is that should practically outlaw billionaires by creating a 100% marginal tax rate for income after $1B. Use that money to pay for universal healthcare and public college. Reduces income inequality and provides free, basic services.

Perhaps this has something to do with why people are so angry? #MedicareForAll #UniversalHealthCare 🇺🇸

Bluesky has now grown to more than 24.6 million users! 🦋

Thoughts?

Super moon 🌕 #moon

The next Mad Max movie has a cybertruck graveyard in it, doesn’t it? All rusted and shit.

Happening now at Washington Square Park: A United Healthcare CEO shooter lookalike competition, including people who intentionally and unintentionally dressed the part.

Dig through the ditches and burn through the witches I'm stuck in the back of my cybertruck

There needs to be change.

This man was executed in broad day light but the company he led helped bankrupt and kill so many people that nobody wants to help cops find the murderer. Even the TikTok grifters who make money off true crime sleuthing are standing down. Feels like the health care industry may need an overhaul!
