Instead of those amazing cereal, I would suggest add/vary VitC sources and iron-rich foods, while opting for complex carbohydrates and probiotics for your gut. But I really hate sugar kicks, so, I’m kind of biased that way 😂

I’m so surprised at reactions to what is happening. How are people not demanding transparency, sustainability of their democratic laws & safety protocols, accountability? From what I’m reading, it looks like the majority is simply ok with a ‘naked emperor’. Or is something not crossing the Atlantic?
