when what was joked about just a few days(? what is time anymore) ago in an ecology lab - asking ourselves how we’d even communicate literally ANY of our research?? fully cooked.

that second exclamation point really has me feeling seen, thank you 😆 also, i just thought about it and realized that regardless of brand/generic; boxed mac & cheese macaroni elbows.. aren’t elbows? i mean, this is so they can slide onto fork tines, obvs, but is this a pasta shape reserved for m&c?

feel like this is a good time to admit how critical I am about the order in which ingredients are added to macaroni elbows.

fret not, ye of little faith, do not underestimate the power of 💭 tots and 🙏 pears, or do; i legitimately don’t know how they work anyway, but i hear about them A LOT.

this nice pic just made me learn a new word! “if mushrooms are not close enough to be called a cluster, but are still clearly a group, they are called a troop” Well wouldya lookit that nice troop of mushrooms! 🍄‍🟫

thanks for sharing! I agree with the paper and commentary that it’s a lot of micro-aggressions that accumulate, and in my experience, when that kicks off by coming from another female colleague, that really sucks.

my dreams have gotten, like, covid-times weird again. thanks for the fresh nightmare fuel.

may he rotisserie in peace. unlike the person who invented the gas station roller grill, out there thump-wobbling to and fro, like the hotdogs that wait. and roll. eternal.

i think about how they have two feet but many can’t walk, and whether pigeons do to fit in with city folk.

i’m just really bad at it, and think that if i’d had more foundational development at an early age maybe i could count AND engage in self-care.

idea: open a farm-to-table restaurant that drives patrons out to a farm, drops them off. tell them the chef has prepared an elaborate “deconstructed” tasting menu. charge twice as much.

common sense would be so much simpler here, but holy crap dude, I just consulted a panel of googles, the chatgpt, and AI and now I DON’T KNOW.

This is up there with the witches brew of spore goo that stink horns concoct. it smells like rancid corpse/feces which entices flies to slurp it up feverishly, and contains a laxative which ensures their ensuing case of inflight diarrhea guarantees maximum spore dispersal. also A+ dinner content

I would suggest they speak with and gain insight from professionals, apply for internships, and explore opportunities. There are many. resource: www.esa Regarding valid feelings; read and discuss books by skilled writers who understand how to unpack them. resource: www.maryannaiseheglar.com
