And refusing to acknowledge that the State of Israel has subjected the people of Palestine to political violence for decades before that point is ignorant and irresponsible. People don't become radicalized on a whim. Hamas chose to attack, but acting like it was unprecedented is just disingenuous.

No he doesn't. Israel's Gov. directly contributes to the influence of Hamas by treating every Palestinian as a criminal simply for being born there. If they truly wanted the terror to end they would find ways to cohabitate. Instead they've been picking at the same ancestral wounds for generations.

From a marketing/politicking view I agree with this. From an interpersonal standpoint I think anybody who wants to verbally bully outright Nazi sympathizers has my blessing. I want better for every American. Being sweet about it after all these years of unprovoked abuse and vitriol is a stretch.
