The President has granted a full pardon to Ross Ulbricht. Ulbricht was convicted of conspiracy to commit money laundering, conspiracy to commit computer hacking, conspiracy to traffic narcotics, and engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise (often referred to as the “kingpin charge”).
