As a fan, I think it’s unfortunate that players seem to think Boras can do no wrong. If he was getting a 6 or 7 year deal, wouldn’t that have happened by now? The $156M the Astros offered was a fair offer that would have kept him in his wife’s hometown for his career.

From what I could find, he’s played 11 games in the OF in his career. Where is he gonna play?

Considering Paredes and Smith both play 3B, it seems like Alex is going to have a new team shortly. I hope that means a free agent like Christian Walker or Pete Alonso is signed, or an OF. Chaz, Jake and a player to be determined isn’t much of an OF.
