It’s a turn based JRPG. I couldn’t care less for 30 or 60 fps personally. They’re probably the same people that complain the Crash N Sane Trilogy was also 30 fps locked.

I was certain the next video would be the Sonic 3 movie, but if it’s gargantuan, it must be Final Fantasy 9. Ah well. Guess Sonic 3 will have to wait until February.

Do keep in mind it’s a prequel- not a sequel. Also, I hear from many that it is an improvement over the 2019 abomination and is fine, but Sonic 3 is hands down better.

On my totem, it currently sits in 3rd place. It’s missing some recurring elements like a boss rematch mode, and the tutorials, while not as bad as people claim, are still a step backwards from the post Dream Team titles. However, this art style is fantastic. Everyone is so expressive.

Back then, he didn’t have a clear cut goal and still had opposition. Now, not only does he have a clear cut agenda with an actual plan of attack, he has control of the other 2 branches now rigged in his favor.

The thing is that isn’t entirely your choice because while nothing about him screams evil in Gen 4, in Legends Arceus, he is canonically confirmed to be evil for a time.

I think it helps that it’s not as gameplay vital as something like a platformer. For Pokemon, a turn based JRPG, I can let it slide. A platformer like Mario, not so much.
