The running theme is that preserving the norms of governance is the ultimate good. It's unthinkable that those norms are only good insofar as they protect the people.
And if the preservation of norms clashes with the protection of the people, then the people need to hold their nose and get over it.

i also have a great community - if my loved ones were saying these things, that would be different. there are lots of material things that come out of this rhetoric that i am certainly not immune to but I'm not as angry at (and ashamed by) the things they say anymore, just the things they do

i have found that if you go in the app and click the three dots every time it shows you shorts and say "show me less of this" or "not interested" or whatever eventually it stops showing you shorts at all!

clearly does not understand how a university works. assistants are automatically bullshit? my boss could not schedule a meeting or post a reimbursement without an assistant lol
