The price of eggs will go back down in the Spring once the new batch of hatched chicks that replace the euthanized hens come of age to lay.
Then each one will be giving two eggs a day, store shelves will fill right up again, and the prices will go down.
Wonder if it will go back down to $1.98 a doz.
