Firstly, that's a loan using frozen Russian assets. Secondly, how are you connecting a loan to support another country who is at war and making fuel allowance payments means tested... that's quite a leap.
comment in response to

Ok, so are some people still getting winter payments?
comment in response to

It's a disingenuous claim, they didn't cut all winter payments, they means tested them. There is a distinct difference.

I have a feeling that once they clear through the quagmire of filth/corruption/lies left by the Conservative party, this Labour Party might actually turn the country around.

I didn't say whether it was OK or not, just correcting your incorrect post.

They introduced means tested winter payments.

Definitely more Hammer than Stark.

Oh, well as long as you believe it, based on no factual information at all, it must be true. I'm not even going to acknowledge the climate comment.

That's not how it works, I didn't make the claim. You did... So the onus is on you to prove it. If you can't, you might want to consider why you posted it in the first place.
comment in response to
post
Does it? I assume you have all the evidence ready to share to prove your claim.

It's odd, we have to have gas storage facilities but we don't seem to be adding electrical storage along with renewable generation sites. Probably needs to be addressed.
comment in response to
post
Ah ok, so is it more of a storage problem rather than a generation problem.

What's the reasoning behind not building renewables energy farms closer to where the energy is needed? That doesn't make sense unless it's nuclear.
comment in response to
post
Wouldn't adopting a discount model for areas that embrace renewables be more attractive then punishment?
comment in response to
post
What is the reason for doing this, is it fair to make some people pay more than others just because of where they live?
comment in response to
post
But what about Transparency?

This is just dumb, make it easier to build by all means but with renewable solutions ffs.

I was equally torn, I think there's already several dead ringing films too.

... Dawn of the Dead, either the 1978 or 2004 remake. Both are enjoyable in their own way and heavily influenced Dead Rising.

He gives alot of his earnings away to charities and medical research charities. He also created a private cancer foundation and donated a substantial % of his Matrix salary to it for leukemia research after his younger sister was diagnosed with the disease in 1991.

It will be interesting to see what the next Fifa is like, EA could lose alot of FC players.

I got FC25, somehow they have managed to break the sort function when looking at the oppositions team form in manager career... How have they managed to fix it worse!

9yrs since the Brexit vote, 9 years and they still think if the UK Brexits a bit harder it will somehow magically work.

He's brilliant, tactically he is astute and gets things right most of the time. People moaned about Bielsa until he was gone. "You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time”.

Hmmm that potentially puts fuel prices up, uh oh... "First they came for our Eggs, then our coffee.... Now fuel too!"

We had a local video rental shop and they would accept a signed note from my dad saying I could rent 15/18 rated films (I was obsessed with Bruce Lee/Jackie Chan movies). I was probably 10yrs old at the time, gotta love the 80's.

AI produced content is already getting labelled as such so people are informed. As I've said, it's early days, it's not perfect and mistakes will be made but it will improve rapidly, thanks in part to AI.
comment in response to
post
Your issue with AI was it's inaccuracies being dangerous (which they could be) but you are fine with human error, it's a double standard. Don't get me wrong, AI needs to be regulated & have human oversight. Anyway I'm not here to change people's opinions, just suggest alternative views.

So don't people ever make mistakes or share incorrect information?

True, but the positives currently outweigh the negatives and it will continue to become a more capable tool.

Mmm, it got dumped because it was predictable, badly written and poorly received by many, not just dude bros. Skeleton Crew however was really fun and I can't wait to watch it again with my daughter when she's a little older.

It's still learning, it's a fledgling technology. And to confirm it is learning, I just did a search using AI and it said angel mushrooms are not edible.

AI is already being used in cancer research.

This seems to be a very sensible option, especially if Labour are serious about getting the UK economy back in track.

Sadly AI isn't a bubble, AI is going to fundamentally change almost everything.
