The tv show?

I only travel to New Jersey once per year now but each time I'm reminded why it's not great to drive there. I encountered the most aggressive and road-ragey drivers somewhere around Trenton.

Only for the next hour? LOL. There's a possibility of furries all the time!

LOL. All that boosting only makes it easier for me to block them all because their replies come first.

Older than Google sounds like something I'd put in my bio.

I don't think I got a b'day coupon from Starbucks this year, but that's okay. I had plenty of other places to go that day.

I still insist on paper receipts when I shop. Not many stores can email receipts to me yet.

Wow. A name from the past. I muted him years ago. Got tired of the callouts and moralizing.

I think my red panda kigurumi was under $25 too. Hardest part is thinking of an answer because there are lots of inexpensive things I use everyday but take for granted.

A set of magnetic charging cables. Not plugging my phone or tablet in any more. Just bring the connector close and it snaps on.

I thought that worked too.

For that, maybe they promised the kids ownership of the dealership when the kids grow up. lol

Yeah, their new tactic appears to be not putting anything about being an artist in their profile and timeline. Then the spam DMs start when you follow back. Reminds me of some businesses that send me junk mail in plain envelopes. LOL

Happy belated birthday to you too!

I haven't commissioned anything in over a decade because of bad experience with flaky artists who never deliver. Heck, even a raffle prize I won more recently wasn't fulfilled, so things have not improved.

I prefer a standalone house for a bit of separation from the neighbors, but it does not have to be a big house.

Reading that reminded me of numerous annoyances I've encountered myself, although on a much lesser scale than the post author. Also, people who unironically seek internet fame probably haven't thought of the consequences.

Hooked on phonics... didn't work for them.

It was warm here today too, after being cold for the last week or so. Almost like the weather can't decide what season it is!

Unfortunately I have to skip most discord invitations nowadays. I'm already on too many discord servers, most of which I don't have the time to participate in.

Yeah, I learnt long ago to always seek alternatives to Google services. The first service cancelation that really sucked for me was Google Reader.

Yes, I don't think it is fully clear yet what the long term effects are of covid, especially of multiple exposures to covid. That, plus rising travel and hotel costs, really tip the scale against going to any major furry cons.
comment in response to post
I haven't been to any cons this year either. Last one I attended was in 2019. I've only been going to smaller events closer to home that are inexpensive and hopefully less likely to be covid superspreader events.

Yep, it's a Bamboo Capture. It was one of the entry-level tablets at the time, or at least lower in price than the Intuos.

Spooky!

Me neither but I consider that the fun part of being here.

That reminds me of the human powered rides back in the old country. I tried riding a rickshaw in the city once. An old wiry man was pedaling the rickshaw and I kept worrying that he was going to collapse but apparently he was way stronger than I thought.

I was unemployed for a full year once. Not technically paid except for those extended unemployment benefits. LOL. I took the opportunity to move to another state, buy a house, and set up a completely new life.
