This is what got me to understand that US citizens don't care about rules/regulations. When your whole transportation system is designed around cars but driving schools are not mandatory, you can't be serious about safety or anything.

Landlords are essentially modern-day feudal lords. They produce nothing yet collect our money. Since land is government-owned, if regulations are structured to favor only landlords, the rest of us are left with no choice but to serve their interests. We need more houses and public houses.
