Thank you. I got my termination letter on Thursday. 15 months of service. 2 performance awards, a perfect review ratings and a promotion. But letter said based on my performance, it wasn't in public interest for me to be kept in my role.🤔

Try being a probationary employee in it... I came aboard in my late 40s. I thought this job was an answered prayer. Now it's giving me anxiety and nightmares.

They are doing continuing trials in 30 something hospitals here in US for severe lupus patients. Daughter is considering it still.
