Happy #OptimistDay 50+yrs of scientific research shows that; Positivity is impacted by 🧬 & environment BUT but we can train our 🧠 to be optimistic. Optimism is 👍🏻 for mental & physical health. Optimism can ⬇️ recovery time from illness & surgery & ⬆️ immunity. 🥰It’s fresh & frosty-but Spring IS coming!

Started a new tradition of going out for Thanksgiving Dinner after 30+ years of cooking for the fam. My new prep looks like this. At first i was sad, then realized iron is a lot more fun than raw poultry! Happy Thanksgiving!!!
