We have another postdoc position available to work on interplay between ADP-ribosylation and ubiquitination in regulation of genome stability. For this post expertise in cell biology is required.

I think most people do not understand how ipTM works & think it is evaluated over just the interface residue pairs. It is not. It is over the entirely of both chains in a pairwise interaction. That's the problem. I wrote the preprint as a kind of tutorial on how it works & how to fix it.
