On the post office app I had to turn my phone to the front facing down before it recognized the chip in my passport. My phone is Samsung. My husband has a Google Pixel and it worked fine for him. I can't tell you how many times I tried. Also for the picture it was picky about the lighting.

We have the highest concentration of cougars in the world here on Vancouver Island BC. They are pretty elusive. I hike and backpack regularly and have only seen 2 in 25 yrs. They are beautiful!
