I've been starting work at 7am this week for half term, so I can spend the afternoon with the kids, and I gotta say it's pretty good. The only downside is I just looked at the clock thinking it must be lunch time, and it's 10:30am

We had solar at our last house, but we didn't put them on our new place because the feed in tariff payments got decimated and now the ROI is too slow, government needs to step in and make the initial investment less scary and I'd be on board, because it was brilliant

omg reading this and you mention 'the wifi held up' - I'd completely forgotten about how poor wifi was in that era, and combined with slow 3g going to a conference meant going off the radar for a whole day
