Said it once and I'll scream it again.
If Bioware were completely free of EA from the get go Anthem would still be going stronger and better, Andromeda would have been way more polished and flushed out and DATV would have had the single most amazing story to date.

I know I'm not excited, sure Veilguard had its issues but it still had the Bioware love at its core. Without those people that made the trilogy and Andromeda good...I feel like it'll be a hollow shell of what Mass Effect was.

EA just gutted Bioware. They pretty much split the studio in half, sent one lot of workers off to other studios with some people already posting that they are and aren't employed at the same time. As for the other half multiple projects and Mass Effect 5 isn't even getting half a team to develop it

They got rid of the Weekes...the people who wrote Mordin and the Tuchanka arcs for the trilogy. They got rid of the people who wrote Citadel. They just fucking gutted my favorite studio of all time and tried to brand it as a positive.

I vote for a game called Creature Comforts where we work on a retirement ranch for neglected monsters. I dunno I just like the idea of feeding a dragon and petting it, or getting to look after a giant spider with the personality of a puppy.

I'm actually close to crying right now.
EA just gutted the studio that made me fall in love with gaming. Weekes, the guys who worked on the endings and Citadel...they just ripped the studio apart like some work rotor and tried to make it a positive.
