oh i am so excited for it, and i am SO happy to see a creative that i really admire being excited for the same!! i've quite latched onto "oh hey, there are other RPGs out there, and so many of them look so good" as a way to cope. ✌️

i like felassan well enough, but i just don't see solas or lavellan ever... having enough levity to vibe with him in that way? 😂 maybe this says something about my worldstate, but my solavellan are always way too into their own world-ending angst to pause and chew bark 😂

scrivener is BELOVED!! i also love it for series fic, because it's so easy to reference everything inside the same project, if every fic in the series is under a different header in the binder

is all of it to everyone's tastes? no! of course not! we are all human beings. but that does not change that its purpose is to express love of art, and that what it does, every time, is create community. even if you never see it. even if that love is shared in silence.

it may seem so silly but literally i was flung into the throes of grief with zero warning and realized... the person i am mourning would want more fic in the world. why? because fanfiction is love expressed from afar. that is all it is made for, no ulterior motive. just love for art.
