Republicans just voted down my amendment on the Oversight committee that would nullify their budget cuts if the President defies a Supreme Court ruling. Why? Chair Comer said that the budget could actually be nullified. He conceded that Trump is and can defy a ruling.

Another story that must be told: An ICE agent grabbed Merwil Gutiérrez. One of his fellow agents said, “No, he’s not the one.” Merwil Gutiérrez is a 19-year-old asylum applicant who lives in the Bronx. He was the “wrong one.” ICE wasn’t there looking for him. “Take him anyway,” came the reply.
