There's such a disparity between the message cybertruck drivers think they're conveying to the world vs the one they actually are which is "it's very easy to sell dumb things to me"

Vaxxed?

i think the car just did that due to it’s Evil Aura

BREAKING: Indigenous activist Leonard Peltier released from prison after nearly 50 years

was having a good day but then i saw a cybertruck

We’re only one step away from a dude in a trenchcoat approaching you in an alley and whispering “I got eggs.”

You all know what to do

if i text you this just know you’re cooked

Kendrick Lamar has 22 Grammies and a damn Pulitzer if you don’t know who he is that’s a You problem

For folks who are surprised about, or shocked by, Vance calling on Trump to ignore judges, he’s been saying it for a while but much of our political press wasn’t paying attention:

NYC Union Square

I work 7 days a week.. For instance later this afternoon I will be doing the work of playing Baldur's Gate 3

People joke that the senate is a retirement home but it’s really more like hospice care

I nominate Ricky as new Fentanyl Czar

Literally have been telling this dude this for a very long time. Keep up, Chuck. Also: WTF are you going to do about it?

turns out when transphobes said we need to “follow the science” what they meant is delete it and hide all traces of it

HAPPENING NOW

its called doge because it's unfunny and needs to be put down

I just need you to understand the degree to which every columnist and pundit claiming they just wanted to "follow the science" or have more research on trans kids is just remarkably full of shit

look at my anti-fascist resistance dawg I'm going to get sent to the camps 😫

Your Joke is Factually Incorrect: A Guide to Dying Alone

I don’t remember anyone voting for Elon Musk.

in retrospect it is pretty incredible that the media pressed donald trump, a man known for lying, about his obvious connection to project 2025 a single time. he said “nope :)” and the mainstream media collectively accepted that as truth. what a useless bunch of losers

I think I was happier before I knew Tim Walz existed. I just don't think I can handle the psychic damage of knowing there is a Democrat out there like him telling other Democrats exactly what they should be doing and getting ignored every time. I was happier thinking the entire party was clueless.

incredible things are happening on the federal employee subreddit

i’m losing my shit at this

Just renewed my drivers license for RealID. I advise every transgender person, just as I did with passports, to not wait to renew your ID. Get that done now - many states let you do it online, schedule appointments, etc. Don't get caught flat footed if/when Trump turns RealID against us.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, a declassified World War II-era CIA guide to sabotaging fascism in the workplace has become one of the most popular free ebooks on the internet: www.404media.co/declassified...

thinking about when kamala was asked her opinion about gender affirming care she said “i think we should follow the law” when the law in several states already was to deny that lifesaving care. trans people have known for months—YEARS—that it was spiraling to this point no matter what. now it’s here

oopsie

All of Trump's latest moves are operating outside the law. That doesn't mean we can rely on the law to hold him in check. It'll hold in some places and crumble in others most likely. But we should be clear on his disregard for the law and have clarity on that for the fight ahead and how we wage it.

"Fear and Anxiety": Communities from Chicago to Newark Resist Trump's Immigration Crackdown

it's only been a week...

"Enjoy paying $20 for your covfefe," I say as they lead me to the gallows.

The remote work debate was funny because it forced the question "Is a job something valuable you do or is it a place you go to be watched like daycare" and the answer for a lot of them was yeah it's the daycare thing now come on inside recess is over

Don't be jealous of me just because I'm reading The Hunchback of Notre Dame on the Nintendo 3DS please.

Dozens of Democrats voted for this bill. What is the point of such an opposition?

Something that is really going to be more necessary than ever is embracing uncertainty and it's actually the most difficult thing for human beings to do. It really is. But everyone needs to practice. YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN. That means there's a possibility your actions can make a difference
