Annoying part of recovering from severe extended brain fog (caused by a sever, prolonged vitamin D deficiency) — the intermittent aphasia when I get stressed or tired. This was never a thing before. But it’s much better than the amount of aphasia (and other cognitive symptoms) I had during it.
