It'll happen in the very early hours of Friday morning, starting at 230AM and ending around 330AM, with the best viewing around 3AM when the maximum eclipse occurs

The vast majority of the lawmakers I spoke to didn’t know cuts were happening at NOAA/NWS as they were told it wasn’t going to happen. I just kept advocating and fighting.
