I have been openly trans for coming up on a decade. I have never been harassed, or met another trans person who has been harassed, for using the women's room. But I do know of more than one black woman who has been accused of being trans and harassed for using the bathroom.

Early covid was both amazing and horrible. I got a remote job, and I was finally able to get doctor visits without risking my life. When I said I'm staying home so I don't get sick people finally listened to me.
All with the underlying fear of being refused a bed for being disabled.

Same insurance company that denied my testicle surgery because I'm trans. I spent over two years in constant pain because an ai accused me of trying to get bottom surgery. It wasn't even both testes.
