People probably need to see the video for context. Search "Bret Hart Goldberg steel plate"

I'm regretting getting Elimination Chamber tickets but I'm now curious what the crowd will be like.

It's a little more complicated than that. I am angry at both sides.

I wasn't watching when he played but I know a bit about the history of Michigan Football and it was news to me that he ever even saw playing time. There was a UM QB #13 in the depth chart in College Football USA '96.

The bigger concern in my view is that legacy disability advocates in Canada get much of their funding from autism parents and so we aren't able to find allies in traditional disability advocacy the way that Ne'eman et al could in the US.

*with regard to the bad stuff, I'm open to the idea that it closing down in Canada may actually be a problem in terms of resource provision but I don't know enough.

In Canada, the main childrens' hospitals in the country can straight up compare autism to pediatric cancer and get boatloads of donor money. They don't need Autism Speaks as a middle man. Autism Speaks closing down here means next to nothing.

Look into Bernard Rimland. There's a whole self-contained theory, but there's no evidentiary basis for any of it.
You might like the Creation of Doctor B, which goes into the life of Bruno Bettelheim, it explains why Rimland, a total crank, gained the political capital he had to spread this crap.

I actually want unfrosted Pop Tarts back (provided they figure out how to handle the changes to the recipe which dried the Pop Tarts out) but I guess I can't expect the Duke's Mayo Bowl people to appreciate that.
