How lovely to see the mountains every day - the scenery must really change with the seasons. And something to take your mind off things.
When I got home I had a new book waiting for me ‘Go as a river’ by Shelley Read - coincidentally set in Colorado. I’d recommend it if you’ve not read it.

We went to Estes Park, Grand Lake, Glenwood Springs, Moab, Monument Valley, Ouray and Silverton. Had a fabulous time (apart from some of the scary roads - I had to close my eyes, luckily I wasn’t driving!) - scenery and colours amazing and everyone very friendly. Where in Colorado are you?

Someone suggested getting a sketch pad and scribbling on the first page - anything after that is an improvement. It doesn’t have to be perfect, just fun.
