Yeah that’s true. Some days I feel good and then I’ll go to bed and it feels like having to face the challenge all over again. But I’m still trying so there’s that :)

Yeah you are absolutely right it was a really tough time for me while I was away it definitely changed me as a person but not in a good way. I wish I had of fought harder and not disappeared. Thank you though for listening and for your thoughts it really is nice and it helps

I slowly stopped because of just not feeling included etc and eventually I left and I’ve only just come back now and it feels so hard to just feel confident or feel like anyone even cares because most of the people I was friends with they have either moved on or just want nothing to do with me
