What the Focaccia! This came out perfect – and that's something you will rarely hear me say. Sourdough based, folded three or four times, proofed overnight out in the cold (not completely outside), then baked for 30 minutes. Soft, tasty – just pure love in a bread! 🤩

The old university library in Copenhagen, Denmark. Great place to visit. There is a small entrance fee, but then you get to climb all the shelves stairs and touch all the books. They even encourage you to do so ❤️📚

Was out of canned tomatoes, so made my own sauce for the margarita by blending fresh tomatoes. Worked out pretty good! The second pizza is mascarpone cheese, cashew nuts and slices of pear. After cooking a handful of salad and a bit of balsamico glace is added 🍕🤩
