I’m going to try to ignore as much of Trump’s chaos as possible for the next 4 years. More than half of Americans chose this horrible man. They want this shit to happen, so it’s happening. Hopefully there will be something left worth saving (and saveable) in 4 years.

The Carter/Ford election was the first one that I remember. On election night in 1976, I declared that I wanted Carter to win. I was in second grade 😊. It was the only time in my life I wanted a democratic to win until the GOP nominated Trump in 2016.

I just learned that a former coworker/friend passed away tonight after a very short illness - CNS lymphoma. I am sad for her husband, sister, and all the people that loved her. Prayers for the family are appreciated.
